With Christmas coming around the corner, I know that it’s important that I invest some time in looking for the best things for the people that I care about the most. One of the websites that I found that can help me look for just the right things to buy some of the members of my family, and my friends, is GreatBigStuff.com. They have a lot of things! They have a nice rubber ducky that I think my son would really like, for one thing. Another great product that GreatBigStuff.com has on their website that I think my son would really enjoy would be the lego bricks, which would be especially useful here in these coming months as my son continues to grow. Another useful gift that I think Jason’s pseudo-aunt Lis would like, too, is this enormous art brush that I found on the website. She’s majoring in art, and she wants to be a commercial artist once she’s out of college, so I think that she would really like something like this! This website is really going to help me out here during this year’s holiday.

I think I’ve got to be the only person out there who doesn’t really like the character Cameron from House. I mean, given the choice between her and Remy “Thirteen” Hadley, I’d choose Thirteen over her any day because… well, she seems more real. She has a disease that’s probably going to be the actual cause of her death later on down the line, and we get to watch her deal with the knowledge that she has this disease, as do we get to watch her learn and grow from the things that she’s done. Cameron always seemed too perfect for me to handle more than small doses of. I liked the pseudo-relationship that she had with House at first, but after awhile, that got old and watching her for too long at a stretch got a little bothersome. She just seems… too pristine.

Next week is the last full week that we have up on campus until finals. I know that we’re going to cover a little bit on psychological disorders in my Psychology class, and we’re going to tackle the aging process in Life Span Growth & Development. And right now, Jason is tackling his afternoon nap.

Have any of you guys heard about the Nikon Ultimate Hunter’s Package Promo? After Black Friday has come and gone, I figured that blogging about something like this would really be nice. But it is nice that a lot of stores are still offering such great deals on products like this even after the actual day has passed! They sell a lot of great guns, I’ve noticed. You can save big on hot items such as the Riflescope, Rangefinder and more! There are some other awesome items that can easily be found by going to their incredibly informative website, and I’m thinking about looking into some of these at a later date because I have some friends that are either in the military or interested in this sort of thing. So I might look into it as well!
