Where Dani writes about… just about everything!
If you have something that you’d hate to lose, registering it with TrackItBack is an excellent idea. This company will provide you with ID labels that are uniquely coded to your specific item, and you can then register them online or by telephone after you’ve affixed them. If you lose your item, you can let TrackItBack know. They’ve said that up to 80% of the items that got lost that were registered with them were recovered, which to me is a very high statistic!
I’m thinking about getting an ID label for my laptop. I use it for everything that I do at school, so it would be a really big pain if I should ever lose it. And I know that if I did lose it, I’d want it back as soon as possible. I’m glad a company like this exists, because they could be a really big help in that regard.
I remember collecting these when I was little. Leave it to someone like me not to like Barbies for any more of a purpose than beheading them and dressing them extremely tackily on purpose, but I did have my one “feminine” quirk… and that was probably my love for all things Care Bear, Disney and Hello Kitty.
Wait, why am I saying was? I still like those things.
There’s no change!
I have all of the first-edition Care Bears, and almost all of the first-edition Dalmatians except for Lucky. I’ve read a lot of the original books that backed the Disney cartoons that a lot of us loved as children, because I’ll always love Disney. And, of course, I love Hello Kitty and Sanrio products as well. Even though I would never pay the somewhat outrageous prices for some of the more expensive things that Sanrio sells, I still love the cute. I always will…
The melody of this song would be it. I’ve loved “Prism” by TTMa, which is short for Taste The Maximum, for years. It’s just so bouncy and fun, and that’s why I love songs like these. However, this does raise the good point that I haven’t listened to any other songs by TTMa, which I suppose I should get to doing…
I suppose I should also tell my friends that it is okay for them to ask if they can use my laptop from time to time whenever I’m not doing something for school, because I trust the friends that I keep company with up on campus to do that sort of stuff without even wondering what they might be doing. /long
