Where Dani writes about… just about everything!
As I continue to think about it, I’m starting to lean in the direction of not taking any summer classes… unless, of course, the college offers Introductory Chemistry II or something else that I might need whose timing would otherwise be a bit of an issue. Having that break from my studies is always nice, I’m not even going to lie. Even though I didn’t want to take it while I was seven and a half to eight months pregnant, although for the sake of this post we’re not even going to go there because I don’t know what I was thinking.
Over the course of this coming summer, I would like to do a lot of reading. I would also like to do a lot of gaming, but I think I’ve learned my lesson making lists of games that I would like to play… I tend to diverge from whatever list I make and go off into some odd direction, so to me it’s not worth it any more.
Having a good logo is important for any business. Whether you’re crafting your own logo or are simply looking for good logo design pricing, that’s the best way to go about standing out in today’s high-paced world. If you have a catchy name or an interesting logo, that will stick out in people’s minds — and it will keep them coming back for more, especially if you sell a product or service that they can really make use of. But as much as I’ve dabbled around in programs like Adobe Photoshop and Jasc’s Paint Shop Pro, I’m going to leave the logo-making up to the professionals that are paid to do it. Don’t get me wrong, though! I can spin out decent-looking pictures on both of those programs, but I don’t think I’ll ever master them. I’m just not that artsy…
Sometimes I wish I could make mastheaders like one of my favorite “mommy bloggers”, Heather Armstrong over at Dooce. Other times, I wish I could have a blog that was as popular as hers! Oh, the things I would do with it… aside from continue to do freelance writing, of course. And probably make some of my opinions more known, too. I can no longer do that in this blog — it’s sad.
My old Psychology teacher analyzed our handwriting, making “prophecies”.
She told me that I would meet someone in college who shared my views.
Although I’m glad to have met my friends, I haven’t found “the one” there… and I don’t think I ever really will. Now, granted — a lot of my friends up there play video games and watch anime, and I love them to death for it, but yeah.
