Where Dani writes about… just about everything!
And by that, I mean “advances to world number six” on Super Mario Classic.
As most of you might already be aware of, I’ve been looking at stainless steel kitchen sinks when I’ve had the time. The boys’ bathroom has been in need of a new sink for awhile now because that same sink has been in there since the house was purchased… and for those of you that don’t already know, that happened when I was five and a half years old. Needless to say, it shouldn’t be hard to see why we’re in need of a new one — between two children washing their hands in it as often as they do and those very same kids pouring finger paints down it when they’re done painting, our current sink has gotten marred.
I’d like to buy a stainless steel kitchen sink from MrDirectInt.com. Not only do stainless sinks tend to stand up to that sort of thing really well without discoloring, but they’re beautiful… and MR Direct Int Sinks and Faucets sells sinks for amazingly affordable prices. For instance, the one I’ve been eyeing goes for only $59.99 — that’s the 1512 Stainless Steel Bar Sink in case any of you are curious. Not only does MR Direct Int accept all major credit cards, but they also accept Google Checkout and PayPal as well… and on top of that, they are BBB accredited! Needless to say, it should be clear why I’ve chosen to buy my bathroom sink from them. Check them out if you’re in need of a new sink!
The RAM sticks should be here by the end of the week… or the beginning of next week. That means that I can give my dad back the 1GB loaner that I’m currently borrowing from him, and my computer will be as fast as it can be made to be. After having scanned my computer with that Crucial Scan computer scanner, it told me that I could put a 4GB RAM stick into each slot and max out at 8GB total, which doesn’t sound that bad when considering that I got this Toshiba in January. (And I can still remember the long line wait, too!)
My foot is also healing rather nicely given what my own… clumsiness did to it, which is spectacular. As someone more or less said to me because I didn’t take the initiative in saving that text message and am just recalling this from the top of my head, “Clumsiness is actually kind of cute… until you get the hospital bills back, anyways.” So true! And although I’ve never been that clumsy, I am not the most graceful person in the world. Ballroom dancing has never been and more than likely will never be my thing, Zumba is fun but I’m not graceful enough to make doing it look anything other than… passable at best, and I don’t think I need to go into much further detail. This suffices.
