Sure, watches may not be as popular as they once were because of cell phones and all of the other new gadgets that have since come out that tell time. However, I don’t think that should stop people from wearing them! Plenty of things make watches special, even in today’s day and age. Whether it’s the technology inside of it or even the person who gave it to you, there are lots of things that make watches cool. I don’t know, but someone attempted to snark on me with that a few days ago, and… I’m honestly not that sure what to think of it. I mean, I don’t personally think I do anything that special. I attend college, do homework and study as needed when the boys are in bed for the night, and when I don’t have to do that I watch the occasional Japanese cartoon or play the occasional video games. On the weekends, my schedule varies to work with whatever they do.

I don’t get some people and their logic, though. However, I’m fortunate enough to be able to surround myself with people who are logical, so it’s not as if the majority of people I’m around are like this — I’m aware that I am lucky there!

And I’m also aware that I’m lucky enough to have the spare time I do now…
