If everything goes well, I should be seeing New Moon with Matt today. Supposing that the tickets for it haven’t been sold out for months in advance, this should be a fun adventure! Surprisingly enough, New Moon used to be my least favorite book in the series because I was sold on Edward and Bella’s love… but now that I’ve read the entire series, I’ve found myself liking Jacob more and more as a character and not quite skimming over the actions of the wolf pack quite so much. Ironically enough, the high school that I graduated from had the mascot “Grey Wolves”.

Had I been attending high school for a year longer, though, I wouldn’t have graduated from there. Because so many students were attending it, they had to re-zone some of the areas in this city to offset the fact that my old high school was one of the largest high schools in the city. I would have graduated from the school whose mascot were the Eagle if that had been the case, but since I graduated in 2004, I managed to avoid the TAKS test… and that.
