Someone told me that I didn’t look geeky in a picture of myself that I had posted on Facebook, but that I still looked dorky. Oh, how I love my college friends. They are awesome and made of such win. I just thought that I would kick this post off with that, because few people appear to be able to distinguish between the two terms and just use one or the other when they mean both.

In other news, today has been a busy day. One of the pipes connecting one of our toilets to the water system began to give us some trouble, so it’s since been changed. I’ve also been working on some artwork — more notably, I’ve been coming to terms with the fact that I can not draw hands and have since begun to work on that. I took my professor’s advice when it came to flipping the picture that we were supposed to draw upside down to try to confuse my brain into letting me draw it easier, but since I have dyslexic tendencies to begin with, this did not go as well as I had been hoping for. Hopefully with some practice, though, I will get better at it and may even become inspired enough to make a DeviantArt account! I want to do that…
