Where Dani writes about… just about everything!
I’m not coughing as much as I have been, although it is a bit of a mixed bag — the coughs that I am producing can be weaker some of the time, and if I’m still needing to cough out mucus or stale air or whatever gets on up there, I need to be able to do it without too much struggle. In the past, I’ve used that struggle to “feel” the resistance that my lungs is putting up, using that to help me cough in such a manner that is as productive as I can make it without wasting effort in doing so. I guess part of this post is making that make sense.
I guess part of this whole prednisone process is learning how to cough better when I’m not facing as much resistance from my lungs? That may have something to do with it, and now that I think of things that way, it is worth a shot to remember. And once I get the hang of it, I mean, hey, that would be a welcome feeling! It would also make things considerably easier in the long run.
