Not every college student is a proficient writer. Although a lot of them are fairly decent writers, I’ve had plenty of friends and known plenty of people who have really struggled when it comes to writing essays. In a way, I can relate to them — I struggled with math for most of the time I spent in secondary school, only really beginning to “get” higher-level math like algebra when I had to take college-level algebra.
