Yeah, this one came a little later than I had originally wanted it to… I’m sorry, but I’ve been kind of busy lately doing random stuff and living life! Most of you should already know how it is by now. Haha. But this is “Always” by Kuraki Mai, which is one of my all-time favorite songs (let alone by her, one of my all-time favorite Japanese singers as well) and was constantly played for the first three to three and a half months of my pregnancy. I’ve been a big fan of Kuraki Mai’s work ever since “Key To My Heart” was used in Namco’s Tales Of Destiny 2, which is coincidentally one of my all-time favorite video games as well. So it was like they put two and two together, and they combined two of my favorite things into one easily accessible thing! Next week, I think I’m going to do another Kuraki Mai song too… either that, or I’ll pick up an Izumi Sakai/ZARD one. ZARD was actually the first Japanese band that I ever got into and “fangirled” over when I was a teenager, and I still love and appreciate her music in spite of her death.
