If I’ve learned only one thing so far this semester, it is that anatomy requires a lot of memorization. But I am getting the hang of it, and I’ve pleasantly surprised myself at the progress that I’ve made! I can tell that I’m going to do much better in the second course of it, when more focus is placed on the actual physiology of the organs. I’ve developed an earnest interest in the how and the why of the way things work, not just the who and the what… but I do see why having this knowledge to build upon is important. Taking Chemistry at the same time also seems to help me, as that allows me to build even further on the more basic knowledge of it.

Meanwhile, I’ve been talking to Lena more and more since both of us found out that the other person likes the Twilight series. She’s been one of my closest friends since I was only eleven or twelve, and we have a lot of things in common. For those of you who might be new to my blog, we got back in touch with one another not too long ago, and we’re almost like twins in some of the interests that we share with each other. :P She devoutly believes that Edward and Bella are the ideal match, but she’s one of those who thinks that Jacob is too good for Bella. Personally, I think that Jacob would have made more of a safe haven for Bella, and although I like Renesmee enough, Breaking Dawn has lost some of the appeal that it once had to me. It’s still pretty good, but…
